At Overland Experten, we want you to be fully satisfied with your adventure-ready apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
